FEESH

Terms of Use

feesh.fish · Season 0 (Robinhood Chain mainnet) · effective 1 October 2026 · revision 0.9

1. Who we are

feesh.fish (the “Site”) is operated by Feesh Bait, a family-run fishing-lure project (“we”, “us”). The Site presents the FEESH project: physical fishing lures with hidden UV-reactive designs, and a companion digital collection of “feesh” derived from real catches. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, close the tab and go fishing.

2. Season 0 on Robinhood Chain mainnet

The FEESH collection runs on Robinhood Chain mainnet (chain ID 4663). Claiming a FEESH is free; gas fees are covered by the dock's relayer (best effort — if the relayer is dry, holders can claim themselves and pay approximately $0.10 in network fees). The boarding window for Season 0 is September 22, 2026, 1:11 PM – 2:22 PM CT (2:11 PM – 3:22 PM ET). Slips not claimed during this window are minted after it closes to partner holders' wallets or to the project treasury; there is no mechanism to claim after the window closes.

The activation layer (rewards, tiers, locked features) is designed but is not built into what launches, and it is not promised to anyone. It will not launch unless and until outside counsel has cleared it and we have announced it publicly in writing, and it may never launch at all. If counsel does not clear it, FEESH remains a cosmetic NFT collection permanently — no additional features, no token, no value conferred by us, and no promise of future value. Nothing here is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any token, security, or financial product. Do not claim a feesh, or buy anything from us, in the expectation that this layer arrives. The plain-language version of this paragraph is what this is; where the two ever disagree, the more conservative reading governs.

Points on the Line. We award points for participation recorded on the blockchain and through your profile — for revealing feesh early, holding them, showing them on the Line, and creating community names and stories. Points only count for wallets with a complete angler profile. Points are a record and a badge. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or redeemed, and pay nothing out. We can change how we count them or reset them at any time. This does not change this section's counsel-gated status of any rewards, tiers or locked features.

3. Access, the gate, and the beta

Parts of the Site are gated. Access is granted at our sole discretion to wallets and email addresses we admit (“beta crew”). Admission may be revoked at any time. Codes we distribute (“CREW”, “FLEET”, “BETA” codes) are personal, non-transferable, and may be deactivated. Sharing a code does not obligate us to honor it.

4. Wallet sign-in

Connecting a wallet asks you to sign a plain-text message. The signature proves control of the address; it never authorizes a transaction, never moves funds, and never grants us access to your wallet. We store the address, the signed message and the signature to verify your seat. We do not store private keys. Email sign-in stores the address you provide.

5. The Dock, claims and the queue

“The Dock” is a reservation list. Taking a seat, joining the queue, or claiming a feesh records your preference in our database and nothing more. Windows, departure times and the size of any pool are estimates we may change. One seat per wallet. Seats obtained by automation, by sharing codes against §3, or by impersonation will be removed.

6. The lures

Physical lures, when available, are sold separately under their own terms. Lure designs, UV patterns, serials and packaging are prototypes until stated otherwise. Fishing regulations are your responsibility. Check your local limits. Keep what you’ll eat.

7. Content you submit

If you submit photos, video links, designs from the Lure Lab, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt and display that content in connection with the project (including as the basis of a feesh). You confirm you own it or have the right to grant that license, and that it contains no one else’s private information. We may decline or remove any submission. Designs made in the Lure Lab that reference third-party marks are independent style studies; no affiliation is implied.

Names, tribes and stories. If you save a display name for your angler profile, names for your feesh, a tribe name, or a backstory for your tribe, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt and display that content in connection with the project (including on the community line, in tribal galleries, and in promotional materials). You confirm that it is yours to share and is not someone else’s intellectual property or personal information about anyone else. We may edit, hide or remove any name or story at any time, and we reserve the right to hold or review submissions before they appear publicly. A feesh’s name is permanent: once saved it stays with the feesh itself, including after the feesh changes hands, and neither you nor a later holder can change or clear it. Only we can reset a name.

Your feesh in the story. FEESH is also a story world, and the names, tribes, backstories and feesh our anglers create may become part of it. The license above includes using that content, and the feesh it belongs to, in the FEESH story and its creative works — shows, episodes, videos, songs, comics, games, merchandise and other media, whether they exist now or come later — including adapting it, combining it with other material, giving a feesh or tribe a voice and a personality, and portraying it as a character. That license is perpetual and irrevocable for anything already used in a published work. We aren’t required to use anything you submit; if we do, it doesn’t create any payment, approval or credit obligation, though we may credit anglers by their display name where it fits.

8. Privacy

The Site records ordinary server logs: the page requested, the time, your approximate region as reported by our hosting provider, your browser’s user-agent string, the referring page, and your IP address, kept for security and abuse prevention and to understand traffic. We do not sell this information and we do not send it to advertising networks. Cookies on the Site are functional only (the gate, your seat, your torch/day preference). Wallet providers, WalletConnect and Privy operate under their own privacy terms when you use them.

9. Eligibility and methods of entry

(a) You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use a crypto wallet and to enter into these terms. Void where prohibited.

(b) Seats at the Dock are allotted through codes distributed by us, through partner activations, and through the queue at departure. No purchase is necessary to obtain a seat, and no purchase improves your odds.

(c) Alternative method of entry (“Proof of Fish”). In addition to the methods in §9(b), any eligible person may obtain one (1) seat at the Dock, and cause one (1) additional feesh to be added to the Season 0 supply, by (i) catching a fish by legal means and recording the catch on video; (ii) stating, on that video, addressed to the fish, the following words in full: “Oh wow. This is a free fish. Man, I wish I had a free fish… a web3 fish.”; (iii) publishing the video on a public video platform with the account @web3feesh tagged; and (iv) submitting the link to the published video, together with one clear photograph of the fish, at feesh.fish/proof-of-fish. Submissions are reviewed by hand. We determine, in our sole discretion, whether a submission is genuine; fabricated, stock, borrowed or previously submitted catches are rejected. Approved catches become feesh in the supply under §7. Limit one approved Proof of Fish per person per season. This method may be suspended without notice when the supply reaches the cap for the season.

(d) We may verify eligibility and identity of control (for example, by requesting a further signed message) before honoring any seat.

10. Acceptable use

Don’t scrape, flood, probe, reverse-engineer or otherwise interfere with the Site. Don’t automate sign-ins, claims or submissions. Don’t impersonate anyone. We rate-limit and we log. Violations forfeit seats and access.

11. No warranties, no liability

The Site is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that it will be available, accurate, or fit for any purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the Site, from wallet software, from third-party services, or from fishing.

12. Changes

We may change these terms at any time by updating this page. The revision number above moves when we do. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the change.
